Tynnetta McIntosh is Managing Director and head of Corporate Firmwide Employee Communications at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Based in New York City, Tynnetta is responsible for strategic communications to the firm’s 250,000 employees globally, and the related channels used to engage the firm’s employee community. This includes executive communications support to members of the firm’s Operating Committee.

Prior to this, Tynnetta lived in Hong Kong where she led internal communications for the firm’s Asia Pacific franchise. She began her career in 1994 with Chase in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where she held senior roles across consumer product management, marketing and communications. Over the course of her career at JPMorgan Chase, Tynnetta has held a variety of positions in Retail Operations, Treasury and Securities Services and the Investment Bank.

Tynnetta holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Fine Arts from Georgetown University, and is an alumna of Harvard Kennedy School’s Women and Power program.

Tynnetta is an active board member of The Forum, an arts and culture non-profit organization based in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. From 2004 to 2015, Tynnetta worked with and served in a variety of officer positions on the boards of 826NYC and 826 National, a San Francisco-based non-profit spanning seven chapters across the U.S. focused on improving the expository and creative writing skills of under-resourced students.

Tynnetta lives in Harlem with her partner Mat and their Schnauzer Mr. Smith.
