Each year during the Competition, these distinguished men and women make the final placement decisions in the Junior and Senior Division live audition rounds.  Members of this panel not only adjudicate the performances of semifinalists and finalists, they serve as mentors, provide masterclass during the competition, and serve as inspirational role models to these aspiring young professionals.
