Achia Floyd

Chief Advancement Officer

Achia Floyd serves as the Chief Advancement Officer, overseeing the planning and execution of development strategy and communications to support Sphinx's mission of transforming lives through the power of the arts. Before joining Sphinx, she most recently served as Associate Director of Development for the Atlanta Music Project. 

Achia serves on the board of the National Flute Association and the Live Arts Centers of America Foundation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the Florida State University, a Master of Music degree in Flute Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a Master of Arts degree in Arts Administration from the Florida State University.
