Susan Zohn

Susan is a retired partner of EY (Ernst & Young), a professional services organization comprising more than 390,000 people in over 150 countries. 

From 2007, based in London, she served as the Executive Partner and Secretary to EY’s global management board and global governance oversight committee, for which she developed the governance model. She also served as EY’s Global Director of Business Ethics and was responsible for the creation and implementation of EY’s Global Code of Conduct. Prior to this, Susan was dedicated to risk management, defining and implementing globally consistent quality and risk management policies and procedures.

Susan joined EY in Milan in 1993 as a management consultant. She worked in Italy for several years before moving to Singapore where she led various firm projects that took her throughout Asia, Europe and Latin America. She moved to New York in 1999 to provide project management support to EY’s largest global accounts. 

Since retiring, Susan has pursued independent study at Fordham University and Juilliard. She is a volunteer at the Metropolitan Opera, giving backstage tours to the public and supporting the Met’s Access Opera programs for local students and educators.
